Dear Furries,

For 18 years, we have been making Futerkon for you, with openness and transparency at the heart of everything we do. That is why we want to speak to you directly about the current situation – because this convention is created not only for you, but together with you.

Right now, the number of registrations is too low for us to safely and responsibly confirm that the event can be organized at the level we want to deliver for you. For us, this is not only a matter of logistics – it is also about quality, safety, and the trust we have built over the years.

If Futerkon is to take place this year, we need a clear decision from you – here and now.

According to our agreement with the hotel, we must make a final decision by May 7. By then, we need at least 250 people with a paid accreditation and a reserved spot. If you plan to come, now is the time to reserve your place and pay the 400 PLN accreditation fee; the rest can be settled later.

This is the moment when Futerkon truly depends on you – but also the moment when we take full responsibility for the fairness and safety of the entire process. If we do not reach the required number of attendees, all payments will be refunded in full.

We hope to meet you at Futerkon this year – and at many more editions to come.
