Key Information
Futerkon 2026 will take place from July 29 to August 2 at Hotel Ossa, located in the village of Ossa.
To attend the convention, you need to pay both the participation fee and the accommodation and catering fee. This year, all payments are handled online and sent directly to the Futerkon account.
PARTICIPATION FEE
This fee covers access to the convention itself and all furry extras – badges, T-shirts, lanyards, the conbook, the guest(s) of honor, materials, event preparation, equipment rental, and contest prizes.
The accommodation and catering fee covers (no surprise here) your stay and meals, including lodging and full board (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners).
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel offers single, double, and triple rooms. Each room is air conditioned, and equipped with a small fridge (big enough for a few bottles), and heated bathroom floors. There’s also a TV, though let’s be honest – you probably won’t use it during Futerkon. Towels and basic toiletries are provided in every room.
CATERING
Throughout the convention, attendees will enjoy full board buffet-style meals prepared by the head chef. Each day you’re invited to:

HOTEL
The hotel is located in the quiet village of Ossa, near Rawa Mazowiecka, surrounded by over 20 hectares of grounds, featuring a lake, a sandy beach, and direct access to a forest.

The Sponsor Add-on is a way to support the convention and help us make it even bigger, louder, and better.
PETS
We may have changed the hotel, but one thing stays the same: Futerkon remains a pet-friendly event. If you plan to bring an animal, remember to select the appropriate option in the registration form – an additional fee applies.
