Accreditation Types

Note: You need to pay for your accreditation after securing your spot to confirm the reservation.

Note: Hotel fees can be paid in installments, but must be fully settled by July 14, 2026. If you register after June 14, 2026, you must pay for the hotel within 3 weeks of securing your spot, but no later than July 15, 2026.

- A full 5 days (July 29 – August 2, 2026) of unlimited fun – access to all convention attractions at no extra cost throughout the entire event.
- Fursuit Lounge open for all 5 days – your guaranteed space for comfort, cooling down, and a safe base.
- Up to 11 hearty meals included – full catering through unlimited 2-hour dining sessions:
- 4 buffet breakfasts (start your day energized),
- 3 buffet lunches (recharge your strength),
- 4 evening BBQs (socialize over great food outdoors).
- Free parking with over 600 spaces – save time and money with guaranteed parking right by the venue for all 5 days.
- 10 hours of daily relaxation (12:00–22:00) in the Wellness Zone – unlimited access to the pool, jacuzzi, and 4 types of baths and saunas (dry, steam, infrared, Roman) for quick recovery and peace of mind.
- Social Space in the heart of the venue – a place to meet, play board games, or chat without needing to hunt for room parties or sit in crowded hallways.
- Access to the Submarine Club – featuring bowling and karaoke.
- In-room amenities: air conditioning, TV, fridge, safe, and hairdryer.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire venue.
- No way to get there? Participants offer carpooling via an internal system available in the convention app (after registration).

Participant Questions:
Will everyone have their own room key card?
Yes, each participant will receive their own key card. All rooms use electronic keycard locks.
Do rooms have air conditioning and a fridge?
Yes, every room includes both air conditioning and a fridge.
Is swimming in the pond allowed?
No, swimming in the pond is not permitted.
Are you still requiring accommodation to be bundled with accreditation, or will there be tickets without hotel stays?
We are not planning tickets without accommodation, except in very special cases such as Dealers Den vendors or special guests.
Is there only one bar?
No, the hotel has two bars: one in the lobby and one in the Submarine Club. They will operate alternately.
Are there rooms with balconies?
Most rooms have balconies, while some offer direct access to a garden or patio.
Is hotel parking paid?
No, parking is free for convention participants.
Will the wellness zone be open 24 hours?
No, it will be open from 12:00 to 22:00.
Are there any shops nearby?
The nearest small shop is close to the hotel, and a Netto store is about a 10-minute drive away in Rawa Mazowiecka.
Will concerts and music sets be indoors or outdoors?
Concerts will take place on our outdoor stage (unless the weather says otherwise).
Are there additional dining options nearby?
For those still hungry, the “Karczma Ułańska” restaurant will be available nearby.
